Luminate is proud to have supported OPAL Fuels as the Independent Engineer for the Prince William Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility, located in Prince William County, Virginia. As part of our role, we provided a comprehensive Independent Engineer report with a detailed review of the project’s design, engineering, and major plant systems.
A key milestone for the project: The facility recently finalized the sale of $16.7 million in Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) investment tax credits.
