We’re proud to have served as the Independent Engineer for three of Invenergy’s latest utility-scale solar projects in Ohio, Indiana, and Tennessee. These projects, totaling 590-MW, recently secured $1.1 billion in construction financing and are expected to be operational in 2026. In our role as Independent Engineer, Luminate provided essential support in the financing process, reviewing the engineering, environmental, technical, and commercial aspects to ensure a smooth project execution.
The financing package, which includes both a Construction/Bridge Loan Facility and a Letter of Credit Facility, supports the development of the following projects:
- Cadence Solar Project (240-MW) – Ohio
- Trade Post Solar Project (200-MW) – Indiana
- Yum Yum Solar Project (150-MW) – Tennessee
