Luminate Serves as Independent Engineer for Lightsource bp’s PTC Tax Equity Deal with Wells Fargo for 481-MW Solar Portfolio

Luminate is pleased to serve as independent engineer for a Lightsource bp 481-MW solar portfolio, which includes the 346-MW_DC Oxbow Solar Project located in Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana and the 135-MW_DC Conway Solar Project located near Happy, Arkansas. The financing, which closed in January 2023, includes a $267 million Production Tax Credit (PTC) tax equity investment from Wells Fargo, one of the first of its type for the solar industry following enactment of the Inflation Reduction Act on August 16, 2022.
