Luminate is proud to serve as the Independent Engineer for Sunraycer Renewables’ Lupinus I & II Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Hagansport, Texas, and the Eagle Springs Solar + BESS project in Lake Creek, Texas.
Together, these large-scale developments will deliver more than 620-MW of solar generation capacity and over 475-MWh of battery energy storage, helping enhance grid reliability and support ongoing energy growth across Northeast Texas.
The Eagle Springs project is currently under construction, with commercial operations expected in late 2026. The Lupinus I & II project officially broke ground in March 2026 and has now entered the construction phase, with completion anticipated in early 2028.
Luminate is pleased to support Sunraycer in delivering these important clean energy assets that will help strengthen the Texas grid and contribute to the region’s continued growth.
