Luminate is proud to have served as the Independent Engineer for the Quail Ranch project, which recently achieved financial close with $243 million in construction financing. Developed by Enlight Renewable Energy through its U.S. subsidiary, Clēnera Holdings LLC, the Quail Ranch project will feature 100-MWAC of solar generation and 100-MWAC / 400-MWh of battery storage. Located near Albuquerque, New Mexico, the project is expected to be completed by late 2025.
