Luminate’s success over the past 20 years has been built by the incredible people who make up our team. Today, we’re proud to spotlight Monique Jimenez, who has been part of that journey since 2010.
When Monique joined Luminate, the company had just 11 employees. Over the past 15 years, she has helped shape the company’s growth while witnessing the remarkable evolution of the energy industry. From supporting groundbreaking utility-scale solar initiatives with the U.S. Department of Energy to leading all geothermal efforts at Luminate, Monique’s career has grown alongside the industry.
