Celebrating 20 years of Luminate was about more than marking a milestone. It was about celebrating the people, relationships, and shared experiences that have made our journey possible.

Last month, many of our employees and their guests from across the country came together in Vail, Colorado to recognize two decades of growth, collaboration, and shared success. From outdoor adventures and team activities to meaningful conversations, our Anniversary Dinner & Awards Celebration, and time spent reconnecting with colleagues, the weekend was a reflection of the culture that makes Luminate a special place to work.
