Senior Consultant Ms. Ingalls has eight years of experience providing environmental and engineering consulting services to the energy industry, including power, biofuels, and oil & gas production. Her experience includes environmental due diligence and economic analysis, environmental permitting and compliance, environmental site assessments, hydrology and geology studies for permitting and reclamation, and environmental cost estimating. Prior to joining Luminate, Ms. Ingalls provided environmental consulting services at The Shaw Group.
