Consultant

Mr. Latham is a licensed professional engineer with five years of experience in environmental and engineering consulting.  His experience includes groundwater and soil remediation system design, construction oversight, cost estimating, cost tracking, and permitting.  Prior to joining Luminate, Mr. Latham provided environmental consulting services to Hargis + Associates, Inc. in San Diego, CA.  Mr. Latham holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
