Mr. Lessard is a registered professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, spanning the power and fuel-grade ethanol industries. He has extensive experience managing multi-disciplined projects, from project development to engineering, design, and construction through commissioning, with emphasis on large gas, coal, and nuclear power generation and as well as ethanol production. Mr. Lessard provides pre-financial due diligence review and construction and start up monitoring for power and biofuels projects. Previously, Mr. Lessard worked at Fagen, where he was Project Manager responsible for the construction of a 110 MGY ethanol plant, and was the Project Manager at Lincolnland Agri-Energy, where he led the development and construction of a 40 MGY ethanol plant. Mr. Lessard has held senior positions with Indeck Energy Services, Stone & Webster, and Pacific Nuclear focusing on the power sector. Mr. Lessard is a registered Professional Engineer, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Lowell Technological Institute and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Water Resources) from the University of Lowell.
